TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL LA ALMOHADA DEL REY
Staying at our hotel implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Reservation confirmation
- All reservations will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp or direct communication. Full guest information (name, ID, contact number), room type, length of stay, check-in day and time, and billing information must be provided.
- Rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
- To book a room, the guest must be over 18 years of age.
- Payment for the stay must be made upon check-in. Additional charges must be settled upon departure.
IGV (Value Added Tax) Exemption
- IGV Exemption: Only foreign, non-resident passengers staying less than 60 days are exempt from the Peruvian tax (18%). Presentation of a foreign passport with entry stamp and the migration card is required (a copy will be taken). No other exemptions apply.
- IGV exemption as a tourism incentive applies to foreign guests and Peruvians not residing in Peru for a period not exceeding 60 days (D.L. 919).
General policies
The hotel does not guarantee room availability before noon or the indicated arrival time; likewise, guests must vacate the room at the indicated time on the day of departure unless previously coordinated with reception. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is flexible and subject to hotel availability.
- Check-out: 12:00 hrs. After this time, an additional night will be charged.
- Late check-out until 17:00 hrs has a cost of 50% of the rate, subject to availability.
House rules
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal substances are not permitted inside the rooms.
- For safety reasons, visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damage, deterioration or loss of hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.
Hotel responsibility
- The hotel offers safekeeping at reception for valuables.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items that have not been declared or placed in safekeeping.
Visitor policies
- All our guests must be registered at reception by presenting an identity document.
- Visitors not registered at reception are not allowed to enter the rooms.
- If there is an additional person in the room, a charge equal to 50% of the single room rate will be added to the client's account. This surcharge does not include additional services (breakfast).
- The hotel is not responsible for third parties entering the rooms; therefore, we require the guest's signature authorizing such entry.
Additional charges
- Any damage, loss or deterioration of hotel property.
- Breakfasts (unless the rate includes breakfast).
- Undeclared guests.
- Early check-in or late check-out.
- Laundry services.
- Transfers to or from the hotel.
Children under 04 years old are exempt from payment.
